In a world where everyone seems to be in a big hurry all the time, we slow the pace right down and take 5 weeks to make our fruity-bitter liquor. We steep the ingredients until they’re ready and we put our feet up in the meantime and we wait.

Gooseberries and grapefruit have both been part of British life for generations — gooseberries tumbling out of grandparents’ gardens, grapefruit halves at the breakfast table. Two flavours steeped in nostalgia, finally brought together.
