If you’ve ever worked behind a bar and been repeatedly asked for something you don’t serve, you’ll appreciate this.

There’s nothing more frustrating than popping our bar up at an event, spending weeks creating a cocktail menu showcasing Sipello’s versatility in all its glory - Rosé Spritzello with white port for instance, yum - only to be repeatedly asked if we serve anything like Pimm’s & Lemonade 🤦🏻‍♂️

So after the 30th time saying “sorry”, Sipello Lemonade was borne out of “bitter” frustration. And much to our surprise, a bit like that Elton John song you love that you’d never admit to your friends, it’s now a “Bitter a guilty pleasure” for us.

Sorry seems to be the hardest word. ...

Sensational padel sips! Watching @andymurray, the greatest British rackets sports athlete of all time, play padel whilst the crowd enjoyed Sipello Palomas will live long in the memory for our little Surrey Hills brand.
