Sipello Spritz

Our elegant signature serve where the equal parts play equal roles. A decadent spritz where Sipello’s fruity-bitter liquid dovetails beautifully with the sharpness of brut Champagne and the sweet floral notes of the elderflower. Elevated by bubbles and with a subtle bitter finish.

Ingredients: 50ml Sipello, 75ml Sparkling Wine, 50ml Elderflower Tonic or 50ml of soda with 10ml Elderflower cordial or liqueur

Ice: Cubed

Garnish: Slice of Orange or a Twist
