This beautiful concoction was created by the legendary Denis Broci for Claridge’s hotel. Insanely delicious yet easy to reproduce at home with the right ingredients.
Ingredients: 30ml Sipello, 20ml Cocchi Americano Vermouth, 10ml White Cacao Liqueur, Peychaud’s Bitter, topped up with soda
Method: Shake until cold, strain and serve
Ice: Fill a tumbler with ice
Garnish: Lemon coin
