Sipello Negroni

We like our Negronis to be fruit forward whilst using the notes in the gin and vermouth to dovetail beautifully. Sometimes the occasion just calls for a Negroni.

Ingredients: 40ml Sipello, 20ml Gin, 20ml Vermouth

Method: Stir down for 15-20 seconds, strain & serve over fresh ice

Glass: Rocks

Ice: Block or Cubes

Garnish: Orange Wedge
