As tantalising as the name suggests. This floral, smoky, sour & slightly bitter tipple is a fascinating sipper. We feel that this cocktail will be the one to watch in 2024.

Ingredients: Equal parts Sipello, Mezcal, Lime Juice & Yellow Chartreuse

Method: Shake with plenty of ice until ice cold, strain & serve

Glass: A small cocktail glass like a Nick & Nora or small Martini glass

Ice: good quality ice for shaking

Garnish: Orange or lime peel
